Physio Clinic System

A complete platform physiotherapy clinics run their business on: website, staff dashboard and API, one isolated copy per clinic.

Patients book from a bilingual website the clinic brands itself; staff run appointments, patients and revenue from a real-time dashboard; I deploy and operate a separate Worker, database and storage per clinic. We Treat runs on it in production.

• 01 Multi-tenant by isolation: one Worker, D1 database and R2 bucket per clinic
• 02 Real-time dashboard via a Durable Object per clinic (WebSocket hibernation)
• 03 Zero-trust sign-in (Cloudflare Access) plus per-device approval
• 04 English & Arabic with full right-to-left layouts
• 05 Interactive body chart for treatment sessions
• 06 Nightly backups by cron, emailed, with a restore script

WAYZ Services

A marketplace where customers post jobs and skilled contractors compete to do them, on iOS, Android and the web.

As Tech Lead at WAYZ I lead the development of the core SaaS product: the customers app, the contractors’ business app, the admin dashboard and the API behind them. I drive the architecture decisions, mentor the developers and keep delivery on schedule.

MK-03 Internal ops & billing platform Private · in use · 2026

Operator Control Panel

The private panel I run my business from: every client, system, subscription, cost and secret in one place, watching itself.

Tracks what clients owe and what I pay, records payments with receipts and bills, monitors every system’s uptime and error rate, syncs domain renewals from Cloudflare, and remote-controls the clinics through a signed API. Secrets live in a zero-knowledge vault.

• 01 Zero-knowledge vault: AES-256-GCM in the browser, key from PBKDF2 (600k rounds)
• 02 Uptime + Worker error-rate checks every 15 minutes, alert after two failures
• 03 HMAC-signed control of client systems: status, backup, lock when unpaid
• 04 Reads the Cloudflare account to map Workers, D1, R2 and domains to systems
• 05 Receipts, bill uploads to R2, WhatsApp reminders to clients

Cloudflare Access in front, and every API call re-checks the signed token and the owner’s email.
